Micaela Zalazar

Micaela is a Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, with experience in Labor and Corporate Law. She advises national and international clients on a broad range of labor and corporate matters, including the drafting, review and adaptation of legal and corporate documentation to Argentine regulations.

Her practice includes participation in labor and corporate due diligence processes, involving document review, risk assessment and the preparation of reports, as well as compliance-related tasks and preventive legal advisory. She has also been involved in judicial proceedings, including the drafting of legal briefs and the management of case files.
