A seminar on the Legal Aspects and Negotiation of Conflictive Points in Supply Contracts, addressed to directives, chiefs and managers in the areas of purchase, supply, and techniques that develop tasks of contracts supervision was held on May 20th 2012 in Buenos Aires, organized by Forum Executive Information.

Juan Sonoda, partner in charge of Beretta Godoy´s transactional area, analyzed the relevant aspects of the supply contracts, purchase and provision in general, to better understand, the negotiation of the different aspects of the purchase contracts. The focus was in the negotiation practice of the agreements for agents called to this challenge to evaluate in which the position of the company is standing in regard of its counterpart, and which are the different contractual clauses that could be subject to negotiation.

Focused in understanding of the different legal effects that arise from certain contractual practices to provide the participants with the key tools for negotiation.
