PRC Extends the Suspension of the Affidavit 1/2010 – General Resolution 13/2016

The Public Registry of Commerce (PRC) extended for 90 days the suspension set for the presentation of the affidavits that were stipulated by the General Resolution 1/2010. Through that resolution, the PRC stipulated the obligation to present an update of the information provided by the entities under its control.

This suspension was set last February and from then on the control body has extended it.
