Deadline for the payment of the Public Registry of Commerce Annual Fee

Resolution N° 985-E/2016 of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights set the deadline for the payment of the PRC’s annual fee for corporations registered before the PRC for November, 25, 2016. Until then the receipt can be obtained online at the web-page of the control body and the payment made before any office of the Banco Nación.
