He was Managing Partner of Beretta Godoy until 2008 and lead the Tax Department for over twenty years. He was professor of Constitutional Law at Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, University of Buenos Aires, from 2004 to 2008.
He has written several articles on corporate law, which were included in local and international publications. He is frequently invited as speaker in seminars on energy, natural resources and tax law both in Argentina and abroad, and he regularly contributes with the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.
Omar continued developing his skills in the integration of heterodox disciplines for the solution of the modern conflicts faced by companies and individuals. He regularly visits the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland (www.findhorn.org) to take workshops related to community organization, alternative managing structures for organizations, and sustainability.
