Founder of Beretta Godoy. His expertise focuses in strategic planning of investment and in investment arbitration. He leads the Project Finance and Arbitration Departments of the Firm. In Investment Arbitration, he has represented oil & gas producers, generators and electricity transporters, mining and construction companies, and toll road constructors in disputes with Latin American countries.
